Masski Sierra Nevada, Alfa Building, 4-5. In front of the Hotel Melia Sol y Nieve. Plaza de Pradollano, Sierra Nevada.

Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 13:30 and 14:30 to 18:00 hours.
Friday 08:30 to 22:00 hours.
Saturdays 08:00 to 13:30 and 14:30 to 18:00 hours.
Sundays 08:30 to 20:00 hours.

Information on total cancellation of the service:
If you cancel 72 hours before the start of the service, you will not incur any charges and the full amount will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 72 hours before the start of the service, the amount will be refunded by means of a voucher redeemable for the same service. This voucher has no expiration date.

Information on refunds in the event of station closure or accident:
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE. Special price without the right to a refund.
In the event that the client decides not to continue with the rental of the equipment, no-show or accident, there is no refund.
Only Masski PREMIUM products are entitled to a refund.
